That steed is not mine, it belongs to one of our sprinters extraordinaire...Senor Nunez. Of course a little white bar tape, some white hudz, and some white speedplays would go a long way in making that machine leamateurdomestique approved. The team bikes are rolling in slowly and the team is going to look sharp on them this year. I'm sorta kicking myself for not getting one...

i know you are all about whiteness but i truly feel the new big trend for 2009/2010 is going to be the dayglow stuff. tires and bartape and such. i don't know what to think yet.
i think i saw one of your teammies with the lime/dayglo bartape to match kit font. i liked it. it was good.
Keep the black tape; get some white hoods by Hudz or Far-and-Near...and un-sticker the wheels. That is one sweet looking ride, I love how the Selle San Marco tagging goes with the frame!

I think that person you speak of with the "dayglo lime" bartape, fizik calls it candy apple, was none other than elder Lumm. I was eyeballing it as well. But, Jose's bike is big pimpin'!
From what I hear is that Jose is trying to be that fat slow guy on the bike path with a bike that will never reach its full potential. And thats what I hear, what I see is a different story, well not really.
Kyle...you just thank someone that Jose and the rest of the R1V crew weren't there this past Sunday at TZ...get your easy wins when you can...they won't come often or as easily come "real" season..

WOW!!!!! that is a beautiful bike. i am a fan of specialize but it is a shame that gorgeous machine will never see a win.i think Jose should give it over to Latitude so that baby will know what a winner feels like since it looks like one.
